Hi, I’m LaRisha Brossie — mentor, educator, and the heart behind C.O.R.E. (Create Our Reality Everyday).
With a passion for youth development and a calling to serve through faith, I founded CORE to create a space where young people can grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally. My journey through education, leadership, and mentorship has shown me just how powerful it is when young people are given the tools to not only dream — but to live with purpose, clarity, and courage.
As a believer, I don’t just see potential — I see purpose. And my mission is to help youth discover the same truth in themselves, every day.
Through CORE, I create practical, faith-rooted resources that meet youth where they are and help them build lives that reflect who they are in Christ.

Why should I mentor?
I am uniquely qualified to lead CORE because her work has always centered on the growth and well-being of youth — spiritually, emotionally, and academically. With hands-on experience as a Site Coordinator for Communities In Schools and as an Assistant Director of an Early Childhood Development Center, I have spent years designing programs, mentoring students, supporting families, and building systems that improve student outcomes.
With a B.S. in Human Development and Family Science and a current M.S. in Youth Development from Texas Tech University my background in educational leadership, combined with a faith-driven approach to development, gives me a deep understanding of what youth need both inside and outside the classroom.
Each experience has refined my approach: lead with love, support with structure, and always show up with integrity.
