Founder | Mentor | Youth Advocate | Youth Development Consultant
Hi, I’m LaRisha Brossie — mentor, educator, consultant, and the heart behind CORE4YOUTH (Create Our Reality Everyday).
With a passion for youth development and a calling to serve through faith, I founded CORE4YOUTH to create a space where young people can grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally. My journey in education, leadership, and mentorship has shown me just how powerful it is when young people are equipped not only to dream — but to live with purpose, clarity, and courage.
As a believer, I don’t just see potential — I see purpose. And my mission is to help youth, families, and professionals discover that same truth in themselves, every day.
Through CORE4YOUTH, I design practical, faith-rooted resources, training, and consulting services that meet youth, families, and professionals where they are and help them build lives that reflect who they are in Christ.
Where faith meets real life — Growing in Grace
On my YouTube channel, Growing in Grace, you’ll find raw, authentic vlogs where I share everyday moments, lessons from faith, and reflections that encourage you to live with strength, joy, and purpose. It’s not just content — it’s a space to grow together in grace.
Alongside the channel, my blog, Grow in Grace, dives deeper into the same themes with thoughtful reflection, practical tools, and encouragement you can return to anytime.
Whether you’re watching or reading, you’ll find a mix of real-life honesty, faith-based encouragement, and actionable insights to help you keep growing — inside and out.
EDUCATION THAT INFORMS - EXPERIENCE THAT EQUIPS
Why I Mentor & Consult
I am uniquely qualified to lead CORE4YOUTH because my life’s work has always centered on the growth and well-being of young people — spiritually, emotionally, and academically. With hands-on experience as a Program Manager for Communities In Schools of Central Texas and as an Assistant Director of an Early Childhood Development Center, I have spent years designing programs, mentoring students, supporting families, training employees, and building systems that improve youth outcomes.
With a B.S. in Human Development and Family Science and a M.S. in Youth Development, i bring both academic insight and real-world experience to every space I serve. My background in educational leadership, combined with a faith-driven approach to development, gives me a deep understanding of what youth need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Each experience has shaped by philosophy: lead with love, support with structure, walk with purpose, and always show up with integrity.
