What is CORE4YOUTH?
CORE4YOUTH (Creating Our Realities Everyday) is an outreach and consulting initiative founded by LaRisha Brossie, dedicated to empowering young people and the adults who support them. Through a holistic approach that nurtures the emotional, mental, spiritual, and social “CORE” of youth, CORE4YOUTH provides practical tools and guidance to help youth and families thrive at home, in school, and in life.
As a youth development consultant, I offer training, workshops, and speaking engagements designed to equip educators, organizations (e.g. schools, churches, daycares), and families with strategies from emotional wellness, youth engagement, and family connection. My consulting services bridge research and real-world practice—helping professionals and caregivers build environments where youth feel seen, supported, and capable of creating their realities every day.
Alongside consulting, I develop and share emotional wellness resources, reflective tools, and family engagement activities—such as Family CORE Nights and youth mentorship materials—that promote growth, resilience, and purpose.
At its heart, CORE4YOUTH reflects my belief that when we strengthen the inner core of youth, we strengthen the foundation of our communities.
