The acronym C.O.R.E. Stands for:

C – Current Emotion
What am I feeling right now?
This helps you name your emotions instead of avoiding or reacting from them.

O – Observation
What triggered this feeling? What’s happening around me or within me?
Encourages self-awareness and mindfulness without judgment.

R – Response
How have I been reacting? How can I respond in a healthy, faith-aligned way?
This moves you from reaction to reflection — helping you take ownership of their actions.

E – Encouragement
What truth do I need to remember? What scripture speaks to this moment?
