Hi, I’m LaRisha — the teacher, mentor, and heart behind the C.O.R.E. Study Journey.
These worksheets were born from my own desire to grow. I created them in a season where I knew I wanted to spend more intentional time with God, but I needed a way to truly understand His Word — not just read it. I wanted scripture to come alive, to make sense in my everyday life, and to change the way I think, feel, and move in the world.
And so the C.O.R.E. method was created:

A simple process to help me study the Bible more deeply — and now, I’m sharing it with you.
